How to Line a Carton with a Gusseted Poly Bag

Take the actual dimensions of the carton. For example, 20" (width) x 12" (depth) x 20" (length). Add approximately 4" to either the width or depth for a looser fit. For the length, add all of the depth to the carton length and then add several inches to this total, depending on how much overlap is needed.

To line the sample carton:

Width = 20" + 4" = 24"
Depth = 12"
Length = 20" + 12" + 4" = 36"
